I pray this draw ends up with both sets of fans getting on and apreciating each other

Amen to that. Lets hope that Italian security is not at its usual standards - ie hopeless and agressive towards the non-Italians....

Its not the Liverpool fans I am concerned about Taff, there is still alot of bad blood from Juventus fans concerning us :(

Thats my concern, I cant see any problem at Anfield but Ive been there club and country and it can be a nightmare.  Ive seen police standing next to hooligans who were chucking stuff and not doing a thing about it.

Both clubs should move now to ensure that this does not turn into an explosive situation

i understand where your comin from leon but ,i think both clubs have worked closely together over the years to build alot of bridges i think the game should be handled very carefully ,and i have an italian freind who supports juve and alot has been done to help the situation between the supporters there seems to be alot of respect for each other and hopefully things will go smoothly,i think it will.

i was just readin a jue forum and translatng some of their fans views with a transaltion web site, and some of them were hoping for a Heysel commemorative thing.

I think the majority of fans for both clubs are willing to forgive and forget, just a few hoolies that could cause trouble, most likely in Italy.

its 20 years since that night, so the only ones who may cause trouble are the italians chavs, who were not even born then!!

if trouble still brews, we may aswell keep it up and keep blaming germany for 1914-18 & 1939-45. more folk died there. it would be rediculous and immature.

anyway, it was infiltrators that stirred things up that night. i was 17yrs old and in the crowd, and heard cockney speaking guys there, and under their bomber jackets were chelsea and westham tops. so as far as i'm concerned the troubles were caused by them bas'tards. there was speculation that the inter city firm created the initial troubles.

was anyone else there, and did they see that also??

i think the match will pass uneventfully, with a massive police presence

Rick Parry has said both sets of fans will be spoken to next week.

I'm not a "hooligan" but I've still got my post match T shirt . Liverpool 39 Juve 0 .

Can't believe that I actually wore it . :(
Hope we can show the  Juventus fans a great welcome ,although there''s no way I would attend the return leg. Can't expect them to forgive us so easily.

Any one thatgoes to Turin must be mad, there talkin about makin a banner for the 39 on RAWK as a jesture, but this will not help.
The best thing for any Liverpool fan to do is just not go over there end of story.
The BS and the media are going to have a ball with this for the next 2 weeks just watch.
