Let's not forget this could cause us problems as well as Chelsea. It will also cause bigger problems for lower division sides who will be even more unable than ever to afford players

Yes he has Simic your right, but he said he would rather die than play for LFC :glare: let him then, he wants to play for everton.

Rooney said once a blue allways a blue he was quick to pull on a red shirt though so Stevie G's brother will soon move on when he see's the error of his ways.Anyway back to the topic ,This will be great for lower division clubs as you will see the big clubs plowing money into there youth programmes and then getting first choice on the best youngsters.A great move all round if you ask me

chelsea will start buying the best young players in the world the day before their 21st birthdays if this rulee is passed. i wonder why lfc didn't vote in favour. seeing as we've 1 of the best academies in europe it would be a chance to catch up with the top 3 again...
Steve Gerrard Gerrard,
He'll pass the ball 40 yards,
He's quick and he's f*cking hard,
Steve Gerrard Gerrard.
