Been watching Twin Peaks for the first time. 21 years old, which is hard to believe as I remember it being aired when I was a kid. The thing is about it, is that it doesn't look or feel like a show that is that old. Way ahead of it's time.

Been watching a couple of cop shows lately. Blue Bloods with Tom Selleck is nothing special but OK'ish if you're stuck for something to watch.

Southland, LA cops and gangs, took a bit of getting into but worth a watch.

Also I don't know if any of you lot caught the first series of "Justified" ? but the second series is looking just as good and is deffo worth catching.

Justified season 2 promo

In case you missed it, Justified season 1 trailer

Spartacus "Gods of the Arena" . The "prequel" to the first series "Blood and Sand".

Yeah it's trashy, no cerebal activity required when viewing this, but who cares if some of the romans speak with an Aussie accent and Max from Neigbours is now some malevolent politico ?, the sheer amount of bare flesh, pornographic activity and stylised gladiator action make this, albeit at it's basest level, one of the more entertaining shows currently out there.

I've watched four episodes of the new series MH. I thought if would just be more of the same and to a great extent it is only  (imo) much better, there's more fking more fighting and the Roman arisocrats are even more evil.

:D

:no , it all takes place before Spartacus comes to the gladiator school. There are however lots of other familiar faces.
