This may sound really stupid to anyone out there who is really good with computers but I'm having a problem sending a file to work.
It's an .xls file, about 161.0 kb and on both yahoo and msn, it won't attach to an e-mail. Nor will it be sent directly. Can anyone help me? I've got to get this in.

Yes, compress it with winzip for instance and send.

Alternatively, rename the xls file to another extension (.bak for instance) and send it and then rename it in work.

The problem is that XLS, DOC, and this files are often configured as being as "potentially dangerous" and they won't be allowed to be sent. It's a nuisance I know.
