I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing

boo.

USA USA USA USA USA USA USA!!

I mean c'mon... they thoroughly deserve to win.  They got cheated out of their socks against Brazil and still managed to win, struggled against France because they Brazil game thrashed them, but their rested players managed to turn it, and now they are playing in the final.  Would have preferred them against Germany because it would have been an incredible game, but Japan are a lot more skilled on the all than the other teams.

Well I'd have to say the Americans really beat themselves there.. First goal was worse than our pre-season defending, really should just be credited an own goal.  Their second was better but took a very favorable deflection.  Pens were just dreadful.

Congrats to Japan tho.  They really fought thru it even tho the US were very clearly the better team for most of the match.  In the end Japan deserve it because they wanted it more.
