That was a great result for Scotland!! They're looking so much better under Walter Smith.Really need to beat Norway away on wed for any chance of qualifying though!
After seeing that performance today its very possible!!
Good luck Scotland

Good result for the Scots yesterday, if Miller can keep up that sort of form then he could ease their striking problems.

Looks like that Gordon fellah is going to be a quality keeper too.  I've seen him a few times for Hearts this season and last and he is very good.  Fletcher has been starting for the scum this season too which can only be good for the Scots.  A midfield of Ferguson and Fletcher is a good platform to build from.

Nah mate, don't think you can take too much away from the Scots yesterday, they were very good.

Having said that, Vieri missed a few sitters yesterday.  A draw was a fair result in the end as for the last half hour Italy had the Scots penned in.

U cant really praise the Scots enough for yesterdays performance!
they are by no means a side full of talent, but every player that pulled on the jersey gave 100% for they're team mates, the fans and country! Great to see and no football fan can ask for anything more! just goes to show what a manager with a bit of passion can do!!
