Luis Suarez will be unable to play in Tranmere's 3 league games and the 2 league cup games before the Premier League season kicks off on the 17th August, due to the ban imposed by the English FA.

It's quite amusing when people start to question other people's support whilst at the same time claiming their "40 year" support.

1. Ask the FA why they decided on other punishments - I don't know.

2. I haven't "hoped" he got a long ban - said he deserved a ban of 5-6 days and "hoped" he learned from it

3. I haven't "hoped" the club kick him out.

You question my support then suggest that it's all part of a plan to sell him and was organised by his agent !!

It's called people believing there to be a middle ground

Believing that the act deserved punishment but nowhere near getting 10 games - maximum 5-6 possibly with a few suspended. That way it's a strong punishment without it going too far without justification

So that's why I believe that Suarez did deserve to be punished but that 10 games was way over the top

And right on time number one t.osser arrives !!! What the fk did you expect? You have personally commented more on Suarez's latest indiscretion than anybody else and have strongly advocated time after time that he needed to be punished. Because of Cameron, the media, opposing fans and the likes of fkg clowns like you he has ended up with a ten game ban.

QPR were going to do it with Barton when he was banned for 12 games but the Prem said they wouldn't allow it.

He did deserve punishment

And what I have said on here has no bearing whatsoever on the situation. I have posted my thoughts on a message board whilst trying to keep it civil - hard to do with you around - someone who is incapable of conversing with someone without throwing insults.

I mentioned this in the past. We have relied on Luis Suarez in the last two seasons very heavily. The man is a fantastic player and the most skillful we have ever had here.

Its about time the fans and Team showed Luis some support. If this biting hadnt happend and luid turned round at the end of the season saying he wanted to Leave people would ask him to show some loyalty. How about we show some loyalty towards Luis and stand by him in his time of need.

Also to the people who want to sell him say we get 50 million for him. There isnt a single person who would be interested in coming here that would even be half as good as Luis.

Its good to see some support from Pepe and Rodgers for Luis or more rage at the length of the ban

Suarez being banned didnt stop us from buying him

But the team and the club have showed Suarez fantastic support during his time at the club - throwing the accusations of racism to the diving and the handball incidents - the fans and club have supported him to the point it might have cost our previous manager his job.

Suarez has been supported - it's time now for him to repay a bit of that support. The club will stand by him - they already are.

BTG - I don't have to go back too far to find you telling somebody to fk off and calling somebody else a clown. If that is your idea of civility then 22 years in the military clearly taught you fk all.......

Unfortunately at times it's hard to keep calm in the face if constant insults and the favour needs returning.

I tried to speak to people like without resorting to your levels but unfortunately your stupidity dragged me down.

I don't think anyone disagrees that Suarez should be punished, the length of the suspension is the problem. I also agreed that Suarez should be banned for 5-6 games (4 being the most reasonable), but you seem like you have a personal hatred towards Suarez.

Why would I have a personal hatred towards someone I don't know personally ?

As I said earlier in the thread I have only really "hated" two players for us.

All I want from Suarez is to cut the Sh*t out of his game and just do what he does best.

Oh you're so right I'll be popping the cork off a champagne bottle when he leaves, in fact I want all our current players to leave, I want this team I've supported for 20 odd years to crash and burn, is it really that obvious to your minuscule(tiny) brain?

By the way you must be so proud to be the mod of a forum which is in such rapid decline, in case you want to do some soul searching you are the main reason why this forum is as empty as it is these days and in terminal decline.

i like what rodgers has said today on the matter, saying it`s a pity we dont have half a dozen more luis`s at the club and having a go at cameron for putting his oar in.
talking of politicians i see nick clegg has said on london radio that luis deserves the 10 game ban. how he has the gall to talk about footy when his supposedly progressive party is propping up benny`s crowd i`ll never know.

Suarez gets our support - shame he keeps putting on the line with his actions

3 games was never going to given when for his last incident of this nature he was given 7 games.

thats got nothing to do with it, the F.A cant take what happened in holland into consideration.
what i want to know is why did defoe only get a yellow card for something that warrants a 10 match ban?
all that stuff about defoe couldnt be done because the ref saw the incident and dealt with it on the pitch is rubbish, the ref saw thatchers forearm smash on mendez and booked him but after the game the F.A over ruled the ref and gave thatcher a 8 match ban.
now if biting is seen as worthy as a 10 game ban (2 more than thatchers forearm smash) why didnt the F.A over rule the ref in the defoe`s/mascherano incident?

sorry but can you tell me what previous incidents Defoe had been involved in, prior to that biting incident. I totally agree Defoe should have received a 3-match ban but the reason our dear idolised Luis gets 10 games is because he is a f*cking moron who never learns from his previous misdemeanors and sticks 2 fingers up at the fans who blindly worship the ground he walks on. Do you guys not realise he's laughing his ***** off and doesn't give 2 sh1tes about your "support". To him LFC is just a stepping stone, he would have been off anyway this summer but now we'll probably get less for him which will hurt the team long term.

Oh ain't he great??
