Suarez is a scorer of good goals and will get you 15 ish goals a season. At Ajax he worked wonders playing off the right both scoring and assists. We need someone a bit more clinical in that spot with Suarez supporting and creating - he won't be our 20plus goal a season striker

He scored 17 goals last season.

He is quite capable of scoring more than 20 goals a season.

You are a negative Nancy, Benny.

11 goals in 31 leagues

17 goals in 40 all comp

Compare that to "goalscorers" and it's not great.

He will score well but not great.

He has got to be the most frustrating player I have ever seen in a red shirt. His talent is undeniable, but his style is wasteful and ineffective at times.
Suarez can be sublime or sh'it. Tonight he wasnt sublime

I think if a good offer comes in for him we should part ways and bring in another striker who can score goals. Robert Lewandowski is my top choice.

Yep ,my opinion of the lad is starting to turn ,leave aside all the "behavioral" distractions ,his form on the pitch is more and more frustrating and just not fun to watch ,he losses way to many balls ,can barely complete a pass and his finishing is no where to be seen ,when you group all to it together the magic which is Suarez is rapidly becoming toxic. If he feels too comfortable with his sole position as a striker maybe BR should invite him for a rude awakening talk.

he looks tired to me, he`s played a lot of football if you include the olympics and the recent internationals.
we are expecting an awful lot from him.
gerrard looked knackered at the end of the game as well.

And that's why they should have been rested, they'll be even more f.ucked come the hussle and bussle of the derby.

What f.ucking turnips advocate in getting rid of Suarez, have a fookin word with yourselves.  :no

Dont get worked up fella, just know that as an old school supporter, you dont have to say a word. Many think the same as you.

He didn't look tired ,he was sloppy as many other times this season. As to expectations...oh well  ,my advice to the lad stop trying to go through 3 defenders and focus on getting the ball in when you have an open chance. Suarez is yet to make the breakthrough from a flashy south American magician to a world class striker ,too much arm waiving ,ref arguing ,solo efforts and much less effective passing and goal scoring.

I would be open to selling Suarez if

1. We would get a decent enough fee for him which I am not sure of.
2. We would get 2-3 other strikers

Right now neither seems likely so we have to be frustrated with him a bit longer.
Will be a problem next summer with maybe no europa at all to convince him to stay.
And if he wants to leave the price will not go up, that is for sure...

I actually think he would be best playing outside like sterling and get a true goalscorer in the middle.
Don't get me wrong i think he is a class player but i'm not sure it works for the team this way.

Maybe a Huntlar or similar in the middle with Sterling and Suarez either side would really transform the team into one that gets alot more goals.

You keep on wearing those rosetinted glasses and be stuck in lal la la land.

1. Suarez isn't a world class goalscorer
2. His diving and diving reputation is hurting the club

Sorry if that is too much information to comprehend for your 2 braincells that is fighting all the time!
