My bet to be man of the match at Wembley.

wouldnt surprise me mate, wembley is a big pitch and luis would cause even the best teams problems with space to work in so you`d imagine an old second division side are going to have their work cut out trying to contain him.
the goal and his performance in general can only help him in terms of confidence.

I think so, and he takes some for Ajax.  He's a good pen taker, just not for Liverpool  :(

What is p!ssing me off the most at the minute is the booing. This is going to drive Suarez out of this country. Not one game has gone by so far without the opposition supporters booing him, and this will happen in every game from now on.

It makes me so angry how the FA have bowed to Man Utd yet again, and we will lose another favourite. And we will, if I was in Suarez' shoes I would want to leave. This countries so called morals have put a label on him that is totally unjust, and only us Liverpool supporters can see it.

The funny thing about all this is that the c**ts booing him wouldn't be man enough to do it to him 1 on 1.

They would probably beg to get his autograph instead.......

He's incredibly strong minded and in a perverse way I think he will get better and if the way he played against Brighton was anything to go by we haven't got too much to worry about.

He's stated the boo's will only spur him on, I hope so.

If he gets a league cup winners medal Sunday this should gloss over the bull$hit he's been through recently. Hopefully with a taste of this [if we win] he'll want to win more with us.

You know what, no players, since the the Barnes , Beardesly days has inspired me or excited me about watching Liverpool again, as Luis Suarez has since his arrival. Quite simply he is awesome and reminds me so much of my all-time 'magnificent footballing genius' hero  Maradona. He too has his faults, but you can't deny the footballing genius.. so we have to take the good and the bad together, Luis is Maradona-isk the complex and explosive genius, who defies and mesmerises - support the genius and reap the rewards !

If no CL football next season and we finish 6th or 7th again, if you were him who is not a Liverpool fan and comes here to play CL football and glories, would you opt to leave in the summer? I would if I were him but as a fan I would love to see him here as long as possible.

I've enlikened him to Maradona before too. He might not be as good (yet?)  but his style and tenacity are very similiar, and yeah...the World Cup handball thing.

there's no way in hell the owners or Kenny would let that happen.
