This was for Fernando Caceres a former Argentinian player who got shot in the head and was still in coma for resisting a robery. My point is that banning a player for 8 games for using a word that they use in Spanish (deemed acceptable) which coincedently close to the english word that isn't acceptable in the English language is ridiculious

Get Suarez to make a public statement and move on, were dragging our good name through the mud here.
Now this is where the difference lies, inappropriate to whom? He used a word that in spanish its ok to say and not intended for any malice, just hi ''mate''. Evra took it the wrong way.
Evra even admited to saying an ''inappropriate'' word for South Americans, but he gets no fine or ban, what do you think?
Im aware that Suarez did not intend to cause offence but the fact is he used language that is not acceptable in the UK, im half black and when im playing for my weekend team if an opponent called me a 'Negrito' or anything of that nature that person would likely be taking a trip to the hospital let alone an FA tribunial. Suarez should by stating that he apologises for causing any offence and that he didnt mean it due to cultural/language diffrences. That would be acceptable to the majority of people.
If that is true about Evra insulting Suarez for being South American then Evra should be punished aswell, where did you hear that by the way?
