Shameless ! As am I, nicked from RAWK:

The famous Man United went to Rome to see the Pope
The famous Man United went to Rome to see the Pope
The famous Man United went to Rome to see the Pope
The famous Man United went to Rome to see the Pope

And this is what he said...

I know a team called Liverpool, we've had them here before,
They were here in '77 and again in '84,
You say you're Kings of Europe,
but The Reds have won much more.

So this is what I say...

WHO THE :censored: ARE MAN UNITED (etc etc)
Bill Shankly: “I was the best manager in Britain because I was never devious or cheated anyone. I’d break my wife’s legs if I played against her, but I’d never cheat her.”

What made me laugh was at around the 5 min mark the ITV commentators were saying van der sar is a spectator like the rest of us, this is one way traffic united are all over barca. As soon as barca scored i cracked up like mad. Talk now you red slut of a commentator.
Right at the end they were trying to take away the spark off barca by mentioning the ref in the semi. Pure W@nkers..... The amount of times ronaldo was mentioned at the start seemed like as if the commentator got a bj off him. Fecking scum loving cackheads..

Agreed with most of your post but this bit.  I'd be embarrassed if we bragged about winning the carling cup or world club cup.  We aren't Everton.

That bit in bold is all anyone should care about.

I didn't bother to watch the game, did a Shanks

Woke up this morning and could swear even at this distance I can hear sounds from Rafa's office

Well Messi , Xavi ,Iniesta and Etoo showed how world class players play on big occasions - Carrick ?!? like a lost lamb and showed up for what he is a - a decent prem midfielder , Anderson - poor , Rio - nowhere ,Vidic - donkey , Ronaldo - flat track bully who cant do it on the big stage - the Daily mail gave ronaldo the same mark as xavi this morning ?!?!? are they blind ?? Anyone still want to take Tevez over messi ???

well in all fairness if the mancs are as sh!te as some are making out, they seem to have outshone us the past few years on the trophy front.

As much as I hate them, calling them sh!te must make us even sh!tter, the fact is last night they were given a footballing lesson by a very good team and saying utd are
sh!te or average lessens what barca did to them last night

Ferguson: best manager of all-time? Yes, that's exactly the sort of label you apply to someone who throws forward his wingers and practically invites a great attacking team to cut his boys up on the counter. It happened against us and they lost 4-1, obviously nothing was learned.

They were shown to be flat-track bullies, nothing more. And yes, that was enough to win them the league, and it's something that we only picked up in the last bit of this season. But now that we've learned that lesson, I see no reason to be any more worried about them than any other team in England, and especially in Europe.
