Ive got this funny feeling Mourhino is gonna snub Chelsea & come to Anfield. I've been reading what has been said by him and reading between the lines - it looks good. IMO

I'm thinking the same thing Lee. We're the better long term option. As was said earlier on this thread, If he doesn't win everything at Chelski in his first season he'll be sacked. Personally if I was Abramovic, i'd sick with Claudio.

I would love to see us guzump Chelski for Mourinho but i think we have left it all too late. Mourinho said he had given 'his word' to premiership club about becoming their manager. That can only be Chelsea who have been courting managers all season. I'm sure any contact with LFC/Parry would have been very recent.

Martin O'Neill WON'T be coming to Anfield.

Look like going to be between Benitez and Mourinho to be next Liverpool boss.

Benitez or Mourinho, not o'neil

O'neil is so over rated. He's never done well in the Champions League and im not sure that if you give him a lot of money he'll be able to sign the right players. I mean lets be honest, buying players with a limited budget and buying them with a large budget are toatally different things. You cant doubt his passion or desire but we dont need someone whos got the potential to do well, we need someone who has done well and is proven at the highest level, otherwise its just one step forward two steps back. The suggestions of dalglish, toshack and espescially Curbishly are laughable. Those manager are all either inconcistent or have no where near enough experience at the highest level.

True but GH did take us as far as he could ( 2 seasons ago ) before stagnating. Before that we were no how.
