It was Brazil 1982 for  me Zico,Socrates,Eder,Falcao etc etc

I had never seen such wonderful football played and even still 23 years on never have witnessed football played how this Brazil side did in 1982.

Romania and Bulgaria in 1994 had really good sides full of quality.

Defo Poland 1974, - Lato and other great Polish players. We've never had a team on that level as in 74 :(

PS. They've beaten BRAZIL FFS !!  :D

Spot on drummerphil - Boniek pure class - played in Juve with Platini (great striker duo) and later on - Roma.
Lato was a Golden Boot winner at this WC.
Another great player was Kazimierz Deyna back then.
I'd say these were the 3 top Polish players of all time :buttrock
FFS, why wasn't I born then to wittnes such glory for Polish team ???

boniek the f.eckin cheatin fecker, won a penalty in 1985 euro final having been felled 3yards outside the box then rolling into it.
Anyhow back to the matter at hand, yep brazil 82 gets my vote. I did like the croatia team of the mid nineties with suker etc  when they clicked they were a joy to watch.
