Of course it's ok to cry!!!! for whatever reason.

It really gets me that some men have a problem with this. Crying is the body's natural reaction to alleviating stress etc. anyway.

It's been proven that crying is good for you.

I don't usually feel alot of emotion when England get knocked out of tournaments as it's something I tend to expect these days - harsh I know.

Liverpool fc are in my heart, so if I was to cry for a team, of course it would be them.

But go ahead and cry, if you feel like it, it certainly isn't a bad thing!!
