Another run out for the younger lads.
I think we may see Couts feature as he needs more mins on the pitch.

Would be surprised (and disappointed) if we don't field a more senior team than the one we fielded at Anfield.

Plymouth may be at home BUT i don't really expect a change in their tactics, defend deep and look to catch us with a long ball counter.

Were gonna need experience and skill to break them down.

I think the team will be more or less the same and both the performance and result will be better. Give those lads a chance to improve on quite a placid performance. They would have been given loads of learning points after the last game so I think Klopp will expect them to take them into tonight's match.

I don't know if its because I've been up since 6am or if its the match. I feel friggin sleepy.
Boring first half. Well done to Lucas though.

Can't say we are looking particularly convincing but at least we are ahead. They have probably had the best of the chances bizarrely enough. Hopefully as the clock ticks down and they become more desperate and commit more men forward we can hit them on the counter.

We are making heavy weather of this, concede one here and it's extra time and pens.

Think it's just extra time. After that the away goal rule comes in effect.

That's one game that won't add to Origi confidence

It reminded me of last years ties vs Exteter or those boring away Europa matches.

Oh well main thing is through to the next round.

Yeah good analogy mate, some games are so dull they become tiring to watch, as you say though we are through and that's the main thing.
We haven't got many players playing at the top of their game though have we? Everyone just seems to be a little bit below par atm.

Don't you think it's a bit odd that we Danny played.  Not sure Bob would've played the kids and had Rushie up front, or Evans would have played Fowler in front of the boys.

Testament we have a very thin squad, or that Danny's in the ***** again or... what? Back on the bench against Swansea I guess?
