This won't get me excited nor relieved.
Can could do well in a well balanced team, but at the mo he looks ordinary, even when he turns it on...

Fans expectations are being nullified by FSG to the point where playing Leicester away in the League Cup may well be viewed as a big game.

We got £148m for finishing 4th and an estimated £16m for qualifying for group stages of Champions League so thats £164m in the coffers in prize money plus what we didnt spend the windows under Klopp.

Not sure where the money is going but if we dont have a healthy positive bank balance there is something very wrong.

One or two rumours going about that Van Dijk was at Melwood today. Probably nothing in them.

Linda's dresses and make up, may give us a better understanding of where all the money is going...
You may add to that a week by week increased stadium capacity income - Which allegedly was supposed to make us more competitive -
And let's not forget all those lucrative sponsorship agreements.

Barcelona have agreed a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund forward Ousmane Dembele for a fee that could rise to 147m euros (£135.5m), making him the world's second most expensive player, according to BBC sport.

Surely that ends their pursuit of Coutinho?   ???

Apparently not. Lot of reports they are still trying for Coutinho

That means they'll try and bend us over on the payment terms.

No way they'll be able to pay £130m up front

Err.....and how do we pay our £200+mil wage bill. Idiot.

The vast majority of the proposed spending will be coming from money we don't currently have (i.e. increase in TV money and Champions League money). We had £4mil in the bank as of 31st May 2016. Probably a bit higher 12 months later but the club isn't sitting on £100+ mil in cash.

Hope the Oxlade-Chamberlian rumours arent true, buy better than what you have and I dont think hes at the level of Salah or Firmino let alone Mane, plus saddled with a poor injury record.

Ox is so overrated I've never seen the fuss about him. He's just a runner with no end product.. the fact he thinks he can be a CM is embarrassing. I'd pay £10m max just because he adds to the English players.
