No one is certain, but you can always have the deal arranged much earlier, and the player to join when the window opens.
I'm not too sure about this Ukraine guy BTW. Oleg Luzhicy(sp), the former Arsenal defender called him a headless chicken as he doesn't run back enough. TBH, I see his point as when I watched France beat Ukraine, he was very poor. Oleg goes on to say that the Italian or Spanish league is more suited to him as it doesn't require that much running and tracking back.

From what I've seen this is actually not too far from the truth, which is why I prefer Yarmolenko. To call him a headless chicken though is a bit of an exaggeration. Moses is a headless chicken. Konoplyanka is a very skillful player but who can be frustrating at times. I think we should still go for him.
