Ayre's and the owners were responsible for appointing Kenny Dalglish which you totally condoned and still do to this day. Kenny did ok in the cups but unfortunately he failed miserably in other areas and certainly took us backwards during his tenure. You seem to blame Ayre's and the owners for everything. I suggest you also look at other areas as well.
The point with regards to the Suarez bid is you would have accepted a very low bid of £40m. Even you are now suggesting Suarez is worth £50m !! You dismissed my earlier suggestion out of hand that if he had a good season and a good world cup he could be worth £60m. It is you who constantly accuse our owners of being incompetent and Ayre's of being a clown. On this occasion their action were totally justified but you simply are not prepared to accept that. Your argument is very inconsistent and about as convincing as the group of players that you have suggested we buy to replace Luis.
Not sure that I missed your point about Spurs in anyway. The fact that I don't necessarily agree with you doesn't mean I missed the point. BET ACCEPTED

Wow, betting AGAINST your team Benny, does that now mean you will hope spurs win so you win? I suppose you will want to be proved right (which is perfectly normal for people that are happy to say "I told you so"). I for one hope you lose the bet Benny

You could look to players like Pastore , Gamerio even Pato. It's not about replacing Suarez with an like for like - it would be using funds to buy more than just one quality player.
I want Ayre sacked because he is an utter clown - the banning of the IPCC leaflets just highlight how much of a f*cking clown that man is. I want the club sold to owners who are willing to invest in the club and the squad to get us back into the top level of football.
The direction the club is moving in will be unknown until the end of each season it midway through it. We could just as easily finish 7th again. Then which direction has it moved in ? I would rather wait until the end of the season before suggesting which way the club is going.

I openly admitted that I didn't have a clue how to start transforming the team with the £50m plus that we could sell Suarez for. I am still none the wiser after reading BTN's suggestions !!
