I had read the books Mags so I knew what was coming and I still wasnt pleased
Like I said earlier in this thread considering how slowly Martin is writing these books im not sure where this TV series is going to end up. More to the point the way Martin writes im not sure fans are going to end up

Think War of the Roses Reg, with a couple of Dragons and Zombies thrown :)

The series wraps up with eight final episodes starting Aug 11th . Bad creator Vince Gilligan says he plotted out the show's precise ending only a few months ago.
The evolution of Cranston's Walter White from Mr. Chips to Scarface "was our guiding principle, and we always abided by that," he says. But "where the particulars of the whole story would wind up, we figured out way late in the game."
He wouldn't spoil (and neither would we), but Gilligan promises there's no Sopranos-style finish in store. "There's not much in the way of ambiguity with this ending," Gilligan says. "People won't be left scratching their chins and saying, 'I wonder what's happening here.' It doesn't have to be happy or sad or anywhere in between. What mattered most to us was that the ending satisfy."
He says he faced "a lot of pressure, most of it self-imposed, to get this right," and spent "a lot of sleepless nights" making sure he did. "My big fear was I would wake up one day two years from now or five years from now saying, 'Oh my god, I just realized how we should have ended it.'"
But Bad might not be completely done yet.
Gilligan is keen to do a spinoff series focused on Saul ("Better Call Saul!")Goodman, the oily lawyer played by Bob Odenkirk who was introduced as comic relief in the show's second season.
"Once we hired Bob to play the role...we all kind of thought he might be a fun character to go on" and outlive the series, he says. "I'm definitely interested in the idea and want to pursue it."
Collier says only "there have been discussions" about the spinoff, though there's "nothing to report" yet. But the questions mainly concern the potential series' tone: Would it be a half-hour series or an hour? A comedy or a lighter drama?
Says Gilligan: "It certainly would be funnier than a typical Breaking Bad."

Really enjoyed the first two parts though third was bit anti climatic, characters meandered and filled with to many contrivances for my liking
Still definitely worth a look
