He never wanted to be here, you have to wonder why he came in the first place.

shady b@stards!

so Milan think they can sign a loan deal with a pre-agreed transfer fee then simply wait until that deal expires and then come back the day after with a even more derisory bid? How can that be legal? Pay what you agreed to you f*cking no good, double crossing rat b@stards! Id rather have him play in the reserves for a season than have that shower of c*nts take the Reds for suckers.

Big business makes me sick to my stomach

Its our own fault. We have shown for years we are desperate to get rid of him. Milan is doing what everyone should have expected.

to make matters worse, he was signed as the replacement for Alonso....

I having nothing against him personally. I'm just sick of the whole deal. It was a complete f'uck up spending £18m plus wages on a guy who's given us nothing but a big pain in the a'rse by way of return. Three successive LFC managers either didn't pick him, or sent him on loan, and seemingly neither of the clubs he was loaned to were or are prepared to cough up the money to try and sign him. I make that five managers in three years, and nothing but an expensive ar'se ache. Get rid.

We spent nearly 20m euros on Aquilani and unfortunately it has just got to be put down as a bad day at the office! If he had recovered quickly and consistently played at the level he is capable of then nobody would have criticised the purchase. That didn't happen and whilst Aquilani has played for both Juve and Milan not one single club in Europe has ever made a single worthwhile offer. Moan at Milan all you like but who can blame them for taking a calculated risk in trying to renegotiate at the end of the agreed term. It is not as if there is a queue of clubs rushing for their cheque books. We will probably have been paying a high percentage of Aquilani's wages anyway so whatever we get will be a bonus. It also has to be remembered that Aquilani was never regarded as a 20m euro asset when FSG bought LFC for a very knock down price to pay off the accumulated debts of H & G. Feel comfortable in the knowledge that H & G were the real losers!
Net Spend Over The Last 5 Years 20/21 to 24/25  (10 years
are in brackets 15/16 to 24/25 )
LFC €300m (€420m)
Everton +€33m (€211m)
Arsenal €557m (€853m)
Spurs €571m (€684m)
Chelsea €945m (€1051m)
Man City €370m (€1038m)
Man United €687m (€1240m)
