:D True I'll give you that. The difference is though that when someone says "Do you like the new kit?" I don't say "feck the new kit, buy Steven Ireland" :D.

No bother though fella, I actually do agree with you, infact I did the first time you said it.

maybe not but i bet youd love to see stephen ireland in a full red strip. Mmmmmmmmm :hearts

As Inter Milan prepare their first bid for unsettled Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano, manager Roy Hodgson has stepped up the search for his replacement.
The Liverpool boss was due to watch Standard Liege midfielder Steven Defour in Belgium last night and is considering a £10million bid for a player who is also a target for Manchester United.

So keen are United on the 22-year-old Belgium international that manager Sir Alex Ferguson wrote him a letter of encouragement when he broke his foot last year and has since kept an eye on his year-long recovery.
With Mascherano expressing his desire to leave Anfield, Hodgson and the Liverpool board will not stand in his way but they are determined not to sell him on the cheap to former boss Rafael Benitez.

Could that letter be classed as tapping up? :D

He'd be a good singing for us. Not sure if we can afford to get involved in a bidding war though.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

Id be made up if we got DeFour, especially at that price coz i thought hed be more in the 15-18 million price range. Plays similiar 2 Alonso but gets about the pitch alot quicker, really hope scum dont get him coz i reckon hes gonna be a real world beater when he peaks

Deffour would be a quality signing. It would prove that roy isnt going to go down the two defensive mids pish. If we pull this one off at that price. MAGIC. now if we can add figueroa, petrov and maybe either carlton cole or remy id be happy. masch gone and them four in for his transfer fee!

Roys Reds on the march.
