Don't think there is anything on the Young to Man U yet, they where also saying he was going to Spurs. Could be an agent stirring things up before the summer window opens. He is gong to move, but I think he could go anywhere at the moment

If manure want him tho what's stopping him?  We can only hope that we are willing to offer more and that Young wants to come here more than there.  Hopefully he hated manure when he was younger, he's young enough that he could have.

Stevie Heighway on the wing

I don't know if they actually do want Young.  Every time we go after a player they join the race, even tho they aren't actually trying to get the player.  They are just trying to drive the price up on us, because they are dirty little c*nts

Serious question. How is he twice the player?.

He's playing in a very poor league that is littered with rejects from all across the world, he is untried and untested outside Turkey whilst Young has proven pedigree in the Premier League and would hit the ground running if he was signed by us.

Take into account when a foreign player moves to the UK they sometimes take 6-12 months to find their feet, which is always a big risk. Young wouldn't need to adjust to the rigours of the Premier League whereas when you sign any foreign player you always take that risk.

This isn't a dig but Turan is not twice the player Ashley Young is, nowhere near I even have my reservations that he's even better than the Villa winger.

Young is the player I want, along with Cahill and Adam.

Heard Kenny and Steve Hitchen were at the Stade Francis Le Ble last night having a close look at M'Vila. Absolute rottweiler of a player, would love him here.

i just hope we don't sign another GK. we've got Gulasci, and the highly rated Bouzanis. we definitely do not need anymore back-up goalkeepers. should Reina leave, buy a replacement and have one of the young ones as an understudy instead of buying some journeyman on a free transfer.

Linked with Brad Friedel today and that makes me nervous.  Friedel is 39 and you don't usually buy a 39 year old unless you plan on starting him.  Sounds like a short-term solution to losing Reina...

And that would be horrible.

i'm not sure where Reina would wanna go to. Real don't need him, neither do Barca. Arsenal is the only team that could possibly get him. would love to have Scszeny in exchange as well. he's a brilliant keeper.
