Tho another rumor says that Newcastle want Spearing in the deal for Enrique.

i'd give them Poulson. seasoned Danish international with vast experience playing in Spain and Italy. over 300 appearances at club level too.

I'd rather have Spearing over Poulsen too, but so would Newcastle and so would anyone who has atleast a little understanding in football and the two players. Poulsen is :censored: and old and I doubt that anyone in the Prem. would like him in their team.

Newcastle already have CM's better then Poulson who are younger.  Nolan, Barton and Tiote are all better and younger.  Plus they have Guthrie coming through pretty well and he's probably better than Poulson too, at least he's consistent.

Ashley Young's future to be decided within the month following talks with Houllier.

Hopefully once Young confirms he wants to go Houllier and Gary Mac will sell LFC to him and he decides his future lies at Anfield :)

Liverpool close to signing Fernando Gago from Real Madrid and has lined up Hugo Lloris as Reina's replacement if the latter leaves.

Christian Poulson linked with a move to Brondby today while some clubs from Italy are keen on making a move for Insua.

I picked cissokho last year. The best left back in Europe just now. Remind me of a young evra. Made up we get him. McCarthy should already be here, sakho and mvil a and also young sturridge if possible. That would mean aqua, Cole, poulsen, insua etc out. Ash young also to come in. Happy summer

We don't want too many young players who are inexperienced in the prem.  Look at Arsenal.  They have the young players who are very talented, but the inexperience and immaturity has ensured that they don't ever win anything.

Yeah, but the Ar$e have a whingeing, moaning, garlic-lovin', cheese-eatin' surrender monkey for a coach......whereas we, on the other hand, have King Kenny  :buttrock

Haha no offense Bungle, but the manager can only do so much.  Carra is not anywhere near the player he used to be anymore and I think that's becoming more and more obvious.  However his experience has allowed him to continue playing at this level, and he has been able to help carry and teach the young guys on the pitch too.
