Look away now if you believe we will sign someone before the window shuts http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/fo ... l-12523557
This is looking to be another window of profit  :buttrock
I don't believe we were ever looking to sign anyone this window either  :no Fooking sick of FSG and their dumbing down of this club and its ambitions. The majority of the players they have and will continue to bring through the doors are not fit enough to wear the jersey. Its a tough job for klopp but he needs to turn it around in the summer and build a side or else its all going to come crashing down on him.

I wouldn't be surprised if we do manage to make it to the Champs league and owners still maintain the buy and sell policy, aiming for another profit. Then will enter a season with a thin squad while they owners look forward to the champs league money and rub their hands.

We'll last 3 games in the CL before crashing out in the group stage.  We're not built or set up for European footie.  Our team and squad is that thin your finger would go through it if it was Sh*t roll.

Chin up we are giving Lallana a new contract thats our transfer exclusive, FSG love to do this and change narrative when we hit the skids and we always do, crafty as they are.

Offering new deals to players that are part of our failed team really doesnt fill me with excitement.

No other transfer news, maybe they are busy bunging $300k a week at a rounders player.

Some jokers linked us with Aubemeyang and Inaki Williams to replace Sturridge.

If we did sign Aubemeyang, I'd take all my criticisms of FSG and JK back. Needless to say that's not gonna happen. Inaki Williams maybe the realistic target, even thought I wouldn't swap Sturridge for him...

I honestly think Sturridge is done at top level.. I hate saying it because he's one of the best finishers in the game, but his injuries are taking its toll on his body and he's definitely lost a couple yards of pace since his last return. The exact same thing happened to both Owen and Torres. I wouldn't take Inaki Williams over Studge because I don't think he's prolific enough, but I would definitely take Aubameyang even at the £60m quoted.

Man Utd and Chelsea on alert as £86m Atletico Madrid star has bust-up with Diego Simeone

MANCHESTER UNITED and Chelsea have received a boost in their bid to sign Atletico Madrid star Yannick Carrasco etc.. etc..

I hope FSG are at home counting their pennies as the transfer market seems to have doubled in the last month. Considering the extent of the rebuild we need its going to cost a fortune.

Yup... agree with you on Aubameyang. But it's not gonna happen mate. We can definitely afford him but it's not gonna happen because the player doesn't meet the FSG transfer criteria. Klopp says that he can't find suitable players. Is Aubameyang not suitable to the team purely on football grounds? Instead of buying 2 x 35 million players why not just buy a 60m-70m player when it is sure that he is really quality and you know him and you developed him too. Well it's because most likely after we bought him and played him for 3-4 years, after he is in his 30's, his value's gonna drop. That's the problem with FSG's transfer policy!

That Aubameyang rumour is just laughable  :nod Not a fooking hope will they pay the transfer fee in the first place never mind the wages. One thing I have learned about our transfer business with FSG is that we don't get into bidding wars with other clubs so, if Aubameyang is on the move then it won't be to Anfield. I know Klopp would prefer to work with a DOF and FSG moved to promote Michael Edwards to that role but there will be no difference in player recruitment. It will always be taking the better players from lower sides to maintain a core to the side and then bolster it with Children and OAP's.
