A certain British tabloid is reporting on it's back page that Spurs are interested in Adam Lallana at 20 million pounds, interesting if true

Would be surprised if we sold him, think Jurgen see's him as one of his better players atm.

I have become fond of him, especially after recent performances, plus he is hitting his peak years now as well. kind of hope he stays

Jurgen's a big fan of Lallana's work rate so Id be surprised if he let him go.
He's probably got his eye on a few others that he wants to shift out first.

Lallana has become our more skillful version of Dirk Kuyt. Every team needs a Kuyt.

Like I've said many times, Lallana is very useful when the team is playing well. He's not the sort to make things happen, he's not your Coutinho or Firmino, so he's not very useful without those players around him or when those players are not performing well enough. But when we're in good form like at the moment, he may be one of the most important players.

Lallana should stay IMO, unless we get offered a ridiculous sum. They can have Henderson for 20 million.

Yeah, I actually do think that Lallana's place in the starting XI could be under threat next season (especially if we bring in someone like Gotze) but as I said I think Jurgen admires his work ethic and would want to keep him as an option.
There's always the possibility that one or two of the new arrivals won't fit in as well so I think Jurgen will want to hedge his bets by keeping Adam.

I think that's a great description.

Has Kuyt's workrate coupled with vastly superior skill

Lallana is greatly underrated by some (as was Kuyt) but fortunately for us not by Jurgen.     :kungfu:

If we get Goetze then Lallana will be surplus.

One out one in.

Not necessarily. If we get to play CL football next season then we'll need the quantity. There'd be enough games for everyone.

Yeah i would want to keep him aswel. We've got plenty of games to play next season and if we are in the champions league we will need a decent squad.

Kuyt was consistent ,never went missing ,or allowed having a stinker to reduce his conviction.
