Kenny Dalglish is closing in on a deal to make Luis Suarez his first signing at Liverpool.

Reds owner John Henry met with the Ajax striker's agent in London on Tuesday night as talks accelerated over the proposed deal.

I love it! John Henry just comes over to London to help sort a deal out! top bloke!

Is he holding up a newspaper with the date of his visit to London? Is the agent of Suarez anywhere to be seen in the photo? Just saying that photo could have been taken at any given time (which is not a dig at you for providing the info, but merely a comment on how ridiculous some of these transfer informations are at times).

i like to see english players playing at liverpool but for that prce id rather buy 2/3 quality players from aboard.
