Pennant is english so that gives him added value for those clubs worried about changes in the nationality requirements.

I wont be sad to see him go, he was a daft purchase in the first place.

There is no doubt the lad has some serious ability. However he's just now shown us enough and simply isn't good enough got LFC. Getting £6m is a very good deal but I do worry that we will be left with no width.

Rafa must have something up his sleeve to solve the width problem.

how much ddi we get him for?
id like to actually keep a player for more than a year, see what he can do in his second season, the lad has got the skills, just needs to show them

This was his second year with us and I believe we paid around £7M for him, but I'm not sure.

EDIT: It was £6.7M

If he does go, then it can't come soon enough for me.
Agree with Reg..... he was a daft signing in the 1st place.

If any manager is brave/dumb enough to offer 7 million quid for him, we should snap their entire arm off.
As it is, I seriously doubt will be able to regain our initial capital outlay on him. If Rafa/Parry can pull it off, then kudos to them as i would be a good bit of business for us.
