Kelly looks top draw, its ashame he missed two years through growing pains. The fact that hes been fast tracked into the squad proves Rafa rates him. A loan move wouldnt spell the end for him but id much rather him be are 4th choice & train against the likes of Torres & Stevie every week

I love Rafa for the way hes refusing to be bullied into dropping his valuation of his player. Just one of the many reasons i love him

Yes LOVE

Roma Tell Alberto Aquilani To Prepare For Liverpool Sale – Report

According to reports, the Italian midfielder has been told he will be sold by the club...

21 Jul 2009 09:41:21

Roma ace Alberto Aquilani has been told by the Italian club to prepare for life in the Premier League with Liverpool, according to Il Corriere Dello Sport.

The report suggests the Reds are expected to make a move for the Italian midfielder if Xabi Alonso joins Real Madrid. In light of those developments, the Giallorossi are ready to cash in on Aquilani in order to balance their books, and they have told him to prepare for a move.

Club directors have never completely ruled out the possibility of selling their man and the feeling at Trigoria is that the Rome-born midfielder will be sold for the right money. Any move is now hinging on Alonso and Real Madrid.

Reds coach Rafael Benitez has already claimed that Alonso will remain with the English team and it is suggested Real have slowed down their chase for the Spaniard. On Monday, Aquilani's agent, Franco Zavaglia, said there was nothing concrete in the recent press reports.

The player is currently recovering from ankle surgery and he is expected to return to action in August.

Because he has given most of his career for this club , and if he can't retire at lfc than i'd hope it will be in another premier league club , ala fulham where murphy is now .

A few rumours of Robinho coming to LFC at the moment.  Too expensive, and too lazy for me....but I suppose he's better than Voronin!!

It is put on Goal.com but the rumour actually came from Il Corriere Dello Sport. Goal.com always get their rumours from somewhere else.
