Villa have just lost 3-0........to Doncaster! League cup exit and all baros managed was a dive.......sorry, he's a good player on his day, but i'm well happy he's gone!

this is why i respect Rafa...he won't allow player to make demands. Baros was spouting :censored:

about how Barcalona were after him...saying "if i don't get regular football, i may have to leave"....he's done nothing at Villa and will now have a relegation battle to contend with!

If you have toi choose between Samuel Eto'o who was already a proven goalscorer in La Liga even after Euro 2004 and the top scorer of Euro 2004, who apart from that competition has not done much as a striker at Liverpool, the choice would be obvious even to a blind man.

At least we got some decent transfer fee from him. If I remembered correctly, Baros did not want to go to Lyon and preferred Villa instead. Perhaps it is because of one person called Houllier!

Yes doing well, a team that has won the Le Championat in the past 4 years. With all due respect, Houllier has it easier at Lyon than he did with us when he came. He doesn't need to make a team from scratch, he's inherited a pretty damn good team.
