corrupt...............why is it the only word i can find whilst reading this.Since a russian and portuguese cocktail became available in London,a couple of years back,with the odd secret meeting here and there thrown in.English football is becoming and looking very Corrupt,oh theres that word again.OK this is West Ham but you just know our russian has to be involved somewhere,a team i have time for and a team in Ashton who have a player i have wanted in a red shirt for 5 years and shouted about on here often.A young Shearer in waiting i always called him if people can remember.Anyway back to the point........LONDON is looking a very shady place,and footballers outside the UK dont know anywhere else exists........well in 2005 we sure did and i hope Rafa can prove it again and again,because all this London ,Chelsea,FA,England Captain,new national stadium ...cowboy builders Wembley,secret meetings,back handers,media Bóllocks gets under my skin and always has. :angry:

LOL, no offence drummer dude, but london is not the only shady place in england. its just that at the moment this is where the money is.

russia is where the real shadyness is and the people in charge at the fa (who are from all over the country)

had to laugh when it said on the news that the players where sold on the move after meeting pardew, what i want to know is where did he get that gun.

So David Gill today is saying (I read it on Soccernet but its all over the web) that the Mancs had no interest in Tevez and that they actually turned down the opprtunity to sign Mascherano twice: once at the start of the transfer period for big bucks and once last week on loan. If that's true, then one of two things is happening at Old Trafford:

1) everybody's on crack
2) they are skint and can't afford to pay anywhere near top dollar for a player of international class calibre in a position where they desperately need reinforcements

Either way, it's good news for us: they're just one injury away from fielding John O'Shea in central midfield again!
