But people need to stop throwing cheap digs in and smileys about other fans worries and concerns about the club, why other liverpool fans would do this against fellow reds makes a mockery out of "The best fans in the world" motto that certain fans like to use.

There was a time all Liverpool fans stuck together through thick and thin, not anymore my friend not anymore............

The Echo have reported it as well, along with the Konchesky deal. Both transfers are subject to the usual formalities (medical and personal terms) but should be officially announced as complete over the next couple of days.

Going on a limp here...but this is an awesome signing. Saw him play in the world cup (along with a few matches for porto)...and he is the central midfield dictator that i thought we should have in this team now (in the mould of roy keane).

He is deffo an improvement over the one dimensional and over-rated mascherano.

Dont agree, he is a class midfielder but hes not ahead of mash as he isnt the same sort of player, but the good news is as opposed to signing someone who was worse than mash we have got someone on the equal talent scale in my eyes.

Not a step backwards, but a side step, and a worthy replacement

Lol this is kind of funny I used to think that this player is ideal for Liverpool

. Havent seen him play for a while but I still think that he is a good player. Not as good as Mascherano but good enough, he will be good with us I am sure.
