He did well today, but he has to understand that to make it for a top team, he has to do this week in, week out. No more, 1 good game, followed by a dozen average ones.  He has to push himself, otherwise he'll end up like Joe Shelvey.

Been like a different player in the last month or so (Hull game aside when everyone was awful). Thought he was excellent yesterday, to the extent that Naughton got dragged off at half time as he couldn't live with him. His movement off the ball is exceptional.

Maybe he's stopped shagging everything with a pulse lately ?

Another really good game, could have had a double today.

Really hope he continues in this vein and proves a lot of people wrong.

The critisism he was receiving wasn't harsh, it was clearly justified by some disgraceful performances. However, really impressive month from him, long may it continue.

He's developing a good relationship with Suarez on the pitch. They seem to have real good chemistry.

From a poor start, to a good run of form. Sterling is a player who reminds me a lot of Garcia...

However, he is still very young and learning his trade. Has put in two good performances and needs to keep developing.  Unlucky not to score today too.

Its the second time in four games he's been through on goal and a heavy touch has let him down.

Still, three in his last four is a good return. He's got to be aiming to score ten goals this season now.

still trying to get a grasp on the lad...He is very quick on his feet and with the ball but his last touch/decision making is pretty poor. A Great scorer needs the calm and quickness of thought to execute ,will see how this one folds out.
