Fingers crossed mate. The leauge is a marathon, not a sprint. Although building up a healthy lead over them can't do any harm.

I'm disappointed, and don't find it funny that Arsenal lost in such unprecedented manner. I was hoping for a draw for both Manchester teams last night for obvious reasons - that we would be on level points with them.

Arsenal and Spurs have very depleted squads and this season, i don't consider them serious rivals as the season progresses with injuries and suspensions mounting. it's Manure and City i'm most worried about. they are absolutely ruthless in attack and already have a better GD.

Even Swansea must fancy their chances

Honestly though man for man their depleted squad is terrible, I said their problems were perhaps being overstated but their defensive options are truly pish. They need all them players back for a bit of balance and depth badly

Its a major scalp for United, not only one of those games you want to put behind you, but to thrash them in such style.  It all started to fall aaprt once Kenny told him to pi** off.

I'm not going to lie Reg, I didn't watch and I don't want to because
1) I might feel sorry for Arsenal
2) its the mancs killing them

Was it Man U were awesome, Arsenal were plain sh!t or a bit of both?

Btw Arsenal Mania is quality entertainment atm

The first goal (Welbeck) shouldn't have gone in, that was some crappy defending from Arsenal. Even at one point Walcott was coming back to defend because the incompetant Jenkinson didn't even feel like going back! Their was an exchange of words between the two. Jenkinson is so shyte

I agree with some of the sentiments on here.. don't no why, but Ars.es demise is really worrying and I feel sad.

Much rather see the mancs in shy'te.. not these.

Spurs.. new arry's so-called magic touch would wear.. Bale will be off in January .. guarantee that !

Don't see why so many are sad for Arsenal.

Teams come and go, it's the natural evolution of the game. Arsenal have a good time at the top, now they are making way for another team to be that regular top four/CL team.

I have not one ounce of sympathy, I WANT them to continue to fail because it is critical to our future successes. If people hadn't of noticed there are only four positions worth finishing in this league, three of which will be sown up.

Agreed, ourselves and the 2 manc sides will be in the top 3, chelsea will probably clinch 4th at arsenals expense
