Yes. Any team who loses Cesc and Nasri is going to be weakened. But Arsenal have nothing to fall back on, no back up plan, and Wenger insists he dosen't need to buy. He really has lost the plot, and Arsenal, after today, will find it very difficult to bring anyone in. I'm not sure Cahill will even want to go there. Who in their right mind would? And they wont sack Wenger now. Who would want to replace him? They have no time to work in the transfer market so would have to make it to january on what Wenger has left. That could tarnish any repuations.

agreed, Wenger has to stay, no manager would be willing to take that group of players on. He built it and its the sword he's going to fall on. Much like us, they'll be out of it by the time the next window opens

No CL football for them would be financial disaster

Ya Arsenal won't be qualifying for CL this year... Not the way they're playing.  Unless they spend at least £50 million on new players for FAIR prices, they're done.  They aren't gonna get Cahill for 6, and they aren't gonna get Hazard for 10.. They need to learn that in order to get good players you have to pay good player prices.

If Arsenal were interested in me and I had other options, I think I'd be looking at the other options right now.

he's left it too late,

If he refuses to spend over the odds the fans will turn on him and say he lacks ambition......

Should he buy over priced players and they flop then he'll be blames for panicing.

so is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't.

Wenger on MotD lol...thought things were going well until the last "terrible" 20 minutes. They were 3-0 down at half time. Yeah, Wengers losing the plot.

Here's a question...

Looking at the way Arsenal are playing right now, and the mood around the entire Arsenal FC even prior to Cesc and Nasri leaving, plus Arsene's apparent descent into madness,  do you think they'd still be getting hammered even if those two hadn't moved on?

Even if they hand't moved on they were still weak in various areas. Would just be papering over the cracks imo.

Anyway im not arsed in the slightest, I want us back in the top 4 so Arsenal's demise can be our gain.
