Ok ok we'll leave it at there . The point i'm trying to make is Rafa has bought a sheload of players and sold them on . But if you look at the others .They won't be that far behind i'm sure .

look at the others, they have kept a couple of strikers at least for the past 5 years almost... we're lucky to keep one for 5 months (torres excluded)

If we were winning cups and titles no one would give a toss about the flops or the money he has wasted, but we are not and so we do. Every mistake he makes costs us points and he just makes too many mistakes.
There is no one who can argue that with the players he has had and still has, that best we can hope for is 7th in the table.........with or without fecking money.

For too long now we have accepted second best and now people no longer even believe we have the players...... our "next season we will win the league" has become as much a joke as "this time next year we will be millionaires".
Our blips become bliiiiips our players loss of form lasts too long and we need inspiration not persperation. We need fresh impetus, and the cheapest easiest solution is to bring in a manager who can get the best out of the players we have rather than moaning about the players we might have had if only he had another couple of hundred million.
