Yeah, English isn't half confusing sometimes.  Most people do just about enough to get their thoughts across most of the time.

Its made worse by new words that more or less mean the same bloody thing. For instance:

Chillax. Chill as in be cool. And relax meaning take it easy. So for those morons not able to grasp the meaning of either word a new one was invented.

Over-Tired. Lee Evans mentioned this one. For christ sake. How can you be over tired? you are either tired or exhausted. Again stupidity comes into play here.

I had a conversation with my sister in law about the kids and I mentioned dating and she laughed at me and pointed out how old fashioned I am. Apparently its not called dating anymore. Its called "hanging out". Hanging what out exactly? if one of the kids come home early would that be a "hung out"? Im losing the will to live !

And for this I blame american kids, their used to be a time when you could get some form of communication with the kids, now its "whatever", "hang out" and "chillax". Too much american cack (high school musical and the ilk) have corrupted our youth to not only act like morons, they are now sounding like them.

Christ almighty, give me strength...  :D
