I don't think he has it in his locker to be an effective player further up the pitch mate. He's a tidy player, who can tackle a bit, has a decent shot and can pull a pass or two out of the bag on the odd occasion but (for me) that is about it. He lacks the guille to play in the hole, and neither does he possess the power, pace or physical presence to make up for it.
