sometimes, (well most of the time anyway)
in the rough and tumble, multi million dollar special effects laden assembly line ofthat hollywood spews out of its filming sets -
its very refreshing to watch a movie that sets itself apart not just with its acting and inventive storyline, but dialogue as well. dialogue and character development are very unappreciated these days, especially with the 5 second attention span of those running with the transformers/gi.joe crowd.
but inglorious is a breath of fresh air into the lungs of good ol' storytelling and first rate dialogue.
i'll leave it at that.![]()
just make sure you pay attention.

watch it.
you'll know why.

Not your typical cheese that's coming out of Hollywood these days; no real big name actors to speak of; the setting is in South Africa, and it's all the more refreshing for it. Special effects are amazing also.
8.7 for me.

5 for me, the racial story told in a scifi move has been done to death. To make it clear what is it about the mothership is over Johannesburg
Sci fi wise, big mother ship over a city, technology that can be activated only by aliens, everything done to dead.
But since I did watch the full film without yawning, it gets a 5.
