The important thing is Shanti is upset and has shared this with us and we should have been more receptive

Shanti and Peewee hope all is well with the both of you not nice having to witness scenes like that Our thoughts are with everyone who is a victim of tragedies

Naked people and body parts ar not appropriate for a football forum... neither are the "tads" or "hunkzone" threads... but the latter is a symptom of the cahauvanism on this site...

Why would any one want to post a limb belonging to someone, who has likely lost there life as result of the bombing, on this Forum?

Its not a culture thing its called plain human sensitivity ... and a reminder to conform to that on this forum is not "patronising" rather a feeling that most of us saddened by what has happened out there, agree with.

I hope all our forum friends, who are out there are safe and well today and in the next few critical days..

I have no problem with people asking for something thats upsets them to be removed from the forum. I do have a problem with double standards and what I perceive as insincere hand wringing.
As for the cultural issue ,I didn't raise it but I did respond to it .
I found the statement" please try to understand the differences between our cultures " quite patronising.
As you rightly pointed out ,it's not about culture it's plain human sensitivity ,and I certainly don't need to be reminded to conform to it by anyone on this forum .

I'm off to the Real World as you suggested , may I in an equally dismissive manner suggest you go back to the Hunk Zone .

It's also a matter of fact that explicit reporting of incidents in certain places in the world is norm... and this is culturally acceptable in those parts... a football forum is not the palce to display a pic of a limb?

Oooooooh.... fight fight fight fight...

Look there is nothing wrong with the Real World, Tads or Hunkzone threads nor, really, what is said within them. It's not my responsibility to censor what I say on the forum just because some kid may read it (as long as its within reason of human.
decency). If there is a thread call tads and someone posts a picture of a pair then so the f*ck what... has anyone on this forum not seen a pair at some stage in their life, same goes for posts of male pictures girls befoe you jump down my throat. As long as there not pornographic then who really cares. If you only want to talk football in this forum fine.. then stick to the footy sections. But this is a forum fro Liverpool FC fans to come together and talk about what they will its not nessecarily a football forum.

And on a final note, I agree this forum is no place for showing body parts blown up if only to be respectful of whoever owns said body-part, but this stuff happens in real life and we can't just bury our heads to it. I believe we need these pictures to understand whats going on in the world although its just not right for this forum.

Ok thats my rant over... I didn't even mean to write all this so back I go to the Real World and to less serious matters

It is a messed up world we are living in these days, Silly joke posts about tads and Wayne Rooneys personal life seem irrelavent when something like this happens.
