Steven Gerrard - to my knowledge and from what i've seen, he is the backbone of Liverpool. btw, when will he come back from the injury?
Park Ji Sung - although he plays for Manchester United, as a Korean, i look up to him for giving hope to Korean soccer.

My clear favorite remains Jamie Carragher, we have so much to thank him for.
Even this year, we didn't hear much about him, but he put in great performances week in / week out.
I'm also happy we signed Torres, so that when Jamie decides to leave, I'll have a new favorite player :cool:
