Recepción a todos los nuevos carteles españoles. No puedo hablar realmente español. ¡Querer ver si el traductor en mi MAC es cualquier bueno! Amigos de la Feliz Año Nuevo.

No. that traductor isn't very good. Your sentece it's difficult to understand

I thought that might be the case.

A quick question..... is sentence construction in spanish the reverse of English?

For example, if I wanted to say "I am happy" in Spanish, do I have to say "Happy am I"? I know its the case for some other languages, but am not sure it's the same for Spanish.

no! If you want to say i'm happy you don't have to reverse the construction, you have to say it as in English.

The problem with translation is that your brain is much better than the best computer in the world. Way better. And computers are not able to solve the ambiguous parts of the sentences, are unable to think.

So I did understand your sentence because I figured out what you said literally in english (cualquier bueno= any good), but for a native spanish with no english knowledge it would be difficult to get.

Ahhh okey Sabre..es que yo de Inglés para entenderlo tela , he sacao un 8 pero bueno haber si mejoro xDD

haber si aprendéis español y así hablamos un poco Spanglish xD

Por cierto alli se estudia spanisH?

Coño, que yo soy español. De San Sebastián.

Luego, por mucho que hayas sacado un 8, una cosa es el Inglés de las academias y el cole, y otra cosa la calle. Es lo que más cuesta.

Por ejemplo, en castellano aprenderías en el cole "Entiendes?", pero en la calle decimos "pillas?" "te coscas?" pues en Inglés pasa igual. Por eso es difícil. Pero nada que no se pueda superar con práctica, y con está página:

Aquí pocos controlan Español. Andy G, Kazza1 algunas construcciones, y poco más.

Gran libro, me compré uno parecido de diccionario urbano, y es verdad el lenguaje de la calle pero bueno..

Con lo de COÑO ! ya me has dejado claro que eres Español jajajajaja
