got to be aurellio for me, fantastic the way he catches it with the outside of the foot, the ball looks like its goin 5yards wide from behind then bends in and nearly bursts the onion bag. I'm gonna miss the footy  :grinning:

How on earth is Torres' goal against Arsenal or Inter not in there? I think the Arsenal one would be my best.

That is one of my favorite Torres goals of the season!  I also liked what he did against Marsaille, like 3 french defeners he crossed up.  Class.

i like babels against derby, one foot to control and send 2 defenders one way, then the right foot to calmly slot it in... all nice goals tho, the more you see stevies against villa the better it gets

torres against newcastle tho is the best set up of the season from stevie, they already look like they have been playing togetehr for years

1/Torres goal against Arsenal
2/Torres goal against Marseille
3/Gerrards goal against Aston Villa away

remembered the Villa goal and it was better than his Newcastle goal.

I was surprised to see how Torres used his weak foot for some of those amazing goals, great control on both feet.  And what power too.

2 things though, wheres Babels Chelsea cracker and what happened to Voronin?  That goal made him look decent.

For me this has got to be Torres v Marseille, the way he eased into the box and placed the ball into the net. It was about that time I knew we had a very special player in our hands.

Gerrard's free kick against Villa deserves a mention tho
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road
