no court would deny the child to see their dad, unless there was a serious reason why

She was a manipulator, she convinced there lad that my brother was a monster and told his lad before they went to any mediation to stay away from him when they were there. As long as he did this CAFCAS could then report to the courts that he was scared of him. Hes not violent or anything like that but he hates her with a passion because we all know what shes like and she got away with it.

time will tell in the end

what goes around comes around

the lad will end up hating his mum for lying then

no consolation, but tell your brother to stay focused and send b/day cards and a letter once a week (whether he gets it or not), but to keep a copy

also write a diary of events. then he can tell cafcass with accuracy what has gone on etc

i bet that women does not do that? and a liar will always be found out, it just takes time

Its frustrating because hes just got on with things. Built a new life and all of a sudden CSA come calling for money, why dont they harass the fathers who should be paying it? the ones who couldnt care less about the kids and have dodged paying it for years.

Your right, time is a healer, we will soon see.

the thing with the CSA is that if she claims that he is the father, that only strengthens his case to see his son, however, if he dont want CSA then he'll have to deny the kids existance

Yeah thats exactly what I said to him but hes gone through it all and doesnt want to compromise his family he has now. He just wants them off his back.

tell him that he wants to arrange a meeting on his own with cafcass to discuss the situation

they have the power to advise the court if they think that women is lying etc

its worth a try

You beat me to it mate! Surely there has got to be more to the story - does anybody know if the poor bloke who got fined for this ludicrous offence had accidently shagged the enforcers underage daughter or something even worse! To say that everyday I become a little more :censored: off with garbage (sorry) like this is an understatement. You can't walk the streets in some places for fear of getting beaten up and stabbed by some cowardly bunch of thugs and what happens most of the time - ABSOLUTELY :censored: NOTHING! But :censored: overload your bin by a few inches and you get fined hundreds of pounds - :censored: WONDERFUL!

I know you are not supposed to overfill your bin! It is the complete and utter inconsistency of punishment for offences that really gets on my nerves. We live in a country where violent crime is increasing by the day  and where do we use the resources - ON SOFT MONEY EARNING TARGETS such as speed cameras and fining some poor bugger for slightly overfilling his bin.

Any evidence that it was the fella himself that overfilled the bin ? or did he have to take responsibility regardless of who put rubbish in his bin ? .

Been some arguments round my way when one neighbor has been pulled up putting stuff in someone else's bin because their own is full. Hardly fair to get fined if it was some other c'unt who topped up your bin overnight.
