I don't think the issue of strength or build is really an issue for Quaresma, he appears to be as strong and built as Ronaldo is. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why he has improved so much at Porto.
I 'd also say that at manure Ronaldo was given the time to demonstrate his ability. At Barca with Quaresma, this was not necessarily the case, pressure from the top has a much greater influence in whether a player stays or goes.In England the structure is different, and the pressure is different.
Must admit that Simao has never really done it for me. He's a skillful player but Queresma looks like a player who could be worth the entrance fee alone. Hard to really judge him from the highlight reels on YouTube but he looks like an exciting player, somone who could lift the crowd everytime he gets the ball. We desperately need a few players with a trick or two in their locker and the balls to run at their man, Torres is one, this lad could be another.
quality! Can go past people like they arn't there, and he embarrassed Makelele more than once in the CL. Any player that can do that has got it. People who are doubting that he isn't as good or better than Ronaldo, start believing it. I'd be chuffed if we signed him. Now that would be real intent.
