I read that Eto'o wants to leave Spain as he cannot take his son to matches as opposing fans keep making monkey noises everytime Eto'o touches the ball. If he wants to leave he will leave. England is the least racist country (except for maybe France but who wants to play in the French league) and that is why he wants to play in England. Sometimes it is not only about money.

Hopefully we get him before the scum.

I'd say France has a lot of problems with crowd control and racism at matches!

I have never really watched the French league so I will take your word for it, it is just that all French players nearly always seem to be black so I thought it would not be so widespread.

Point is Eto'o is tired of hearing monkey noises whenever he touches the ball, this is why he wants to play in England.
