On SSN they have just shown Garcia kicking the ball in a training session with the Liverppol squad. SSN suggest he could possibly be used in the Final. I can't see how he could as he has played even less than Harry Kewell and no one here can agree whether we should play him or not.

At least it looks like he will be fit and raring to go for next season

Garcia is a player who flatters to decieve. When playing at home there are few better players at Liverpool. His passing is crisp & his movement better than Gerrard but sadly away he seems a different player. Wastes balls constantly & seems to be playing a different sport let alone game. All I can say is that Cisse for all his problems played a part in the last euro final & there's no reason that both Kewell & Garcia ca'nt too. If he (Garcia) scores one like the goal against Juve then who cares.... YNWA

Should be inlcuded in the squad and be on the bench without question, if he is fit that is. We'll need players like him for the final.

I don't think he can be in the squad, didn't we replace Garcia with Mascherano in the squad list for this season?

Yeah your right mate about that, sorry folks but Garcia can't play in the final, hopefully he'll be back better than ever next season! Anyway he played dire in Istanbul, even in the second half, although he did pick the ball out of the net for each of the 3 goals! :rasp

He's come up with crucial goals even if he is a frustrating player. As I said with Kewell he shouldn't start and probably shouldn't make the bench with no football behind him and others doing more to get us to the final deserving to play.
