Come on CRA there is now way a broken leg is his own fault. He going to miss the world cup now, and depending on the severity of the injury some of next season.

I along with most others (except the madman) want to see him leave LFC for a decent price, but I would never wish this sort of injury on anyone (cept maybe neville or Essien)

i know, sorry for the harshness but it just seems like the guy is extremely unlucky. I wish him well, but its just frustration to read all of a sudden that he has broken his leg again. As well as to see he will be out for the start of the season.

That's life as a football player.

I think he will be back in Jan and back with a "BANG".

not me...count me out!!! I was one who so look forward to him joining us but think his attitute on and off pitch since joining us sucks big time that's why he's such a dissapointment on the field. Rafa obviously knows better and showed him the exit door. Then again, I felt bad for him even if he had signed for Marseille or Lyon. Looks like he'll be going nowhere anytime soon. £14M down the drain :no

Thats a bit out of left-field is that one Mountie. It's not one of your better posts but we'll leave it at that, everyone has an off day.
On the Cisse question it's just desperately unfortunate for everybody. Obviously this includes the player but it's by no means being unsupportive to say the club have been dealt an awful run of cards with the Frenchman aswell.

get well soon Djbrill

how anyone can say that they hate him after this happening again

:sleepy:

on a positive note it might stop us fannying about and I had a horrible feeling that he was going out on loan anyway

we have to get someone in now asap, however, any club we deal with will add a few digits on the price now

desperately unlucky for him

^It wasn't 7 months. It was like 5, I think.

Anyway, obviously gutted. Just as everyone else is. For both Cisse and the club. I learned the news off this forum. I came on earlier (just posting now, though), and saw there were about 50 users or something reading this thread. I thought "Great. There must be some type of development in regards to Cisse, it's been announced that his transfer to another club has been agreed." Obviously, I was very wrong.  :(

While I'm gutted for Cisse, my immediate thoughts are where does this leave us.
We were probably going to get around £8 million for Cisse which would have gone straight into Rafa's summer kitty. This is going to leave us pretty fooked and will limit our spending.

Yes true, but 90% of his posts are worth reading, yours on the other hand stand at nil.
