Well see in the near future if theres any problems on this front.  I only hope my judgement on this is wrong.

Who the f'uck would you prefer as our captain , this one

if you look carefully at all the pictures, the big glass case with the gerrard shirt and the shevchenko shirt, they're at different angles in each pic. which means....

THEY SPIN ROUND!!!

how cool is that? do you think there's a little tune that goes with it?

I wasn't too worried about Gerrard having a sulk. He'd had a reasonable first half, but he'd been pretty anonymous in the second half. Probably more p*ssed off with his own lack of impact than the fact that he was being played on the right, I'd say.

Can't imagine it was a particularly enjoyable match to play in. One of the worst pitches I've seen prepared by a Premiership team.

Dawsino it wasn't that long ago (well maybe a year ) that Stu was arguing vehemently that Stevies best role was as a defensive / holding midfielder . Seasons change ,and so do opinions .  :D

Still think he's right on Cisse's lack of quality though . Still can't get my head around it   :no  . Sods law ,Cisse moves on and regains the form that made him such a star in the french league with a team that plays to his strengths (whatever they are   :D  )

Woof Woof... Steven Gerrard is aggressive and has bottle, his ability to track back and win a tackle is his main strength. Watch the Man Utd game at anfield this season where he done this about 5 or 6 times.

The game finished 0-0, he was man of the match.

Thanks for pointing that out Stu , otherwise I would NEVER have noticed ..     :D   :D   :D

Dont think he meant do a job as captain, he meant do a job as right wing/midfield.

Maybe , but as captain Gerrard will do whats required ,if he doesn't smile about it SFW ? The jibe about "he won't be the kops golden boy no more as God is back " is totally unwarranted .
