I'd have put this in the rumour thread, but it's not there, so here will have to do...
It's been reported all over the place today that Rick Parry scotched talk that there had been a move made to bring Robbie back on loan.
From what I'm hearing, this was completely true.
If you ask Rick Parry tomorrow morning however, he may have to give you a different answer.

Just the sight of him coming out of the tunnel in the red jersey will lift the roof off the place. He's going to invigorate the atmosphere around the club just by being there.
Just imagine what it'll be like when he gets the first goal of his new stay. And yes, I do mean when - there's absolutely no ifs attached to that lad when it comes to goalscoring.

Some people really need to take off their rose tinted specs when it comes to ex players and Liverpool supporting players. Rafa would never be so dim as to even contemplate it. In fact if LFC re-sign him I will bare my backside in Woolworths shop window!

Benitez emphasize teamwork, skills and fitness. I guess we have to give Fowler two new legs, make him lose 15 pounds of fat and replace his brains if he was to impress benitez. If there was a manchester C striker coming this way it should be Anelka. He scores 3 times as many goals as Fowler, and he is still a man for the future. Fowler is a man of the past. If he returned and played his c.r.a.p overweight football here he would just destroy his reputation among the LFC fans, and that would be sad.
