I would say this Kromkamp deal is more or less a win-win situation. What bad could it do for a straight swap deal. Could he be worse then Josemi? I did not pay a single quid for him and for that matter, there is nothing to worry about. The only problem is how Rafa could keep him satisfied being Finnan's cover all year for his quality though.

Although he is a fullback, he can play as a centerback and in midfield. He'll get a lot more playing time than he did at Villareal, considering that we could potentially play 39 more games.

Hilarious. I was with some Man Utd supporters last night and they reckon Terry will join them next summer! I know it doesn't really affect us, but that's a cracker! He is a Man Utd fan, but even so...

What about Dirk Kuyt? Is he coming this summer?

Last match he scored again 3 goals for his club Feyenoord.

now the chrimbo fixtures are over...(very respectable 10 points) there should be some activity in the window.
imo id like to see andy johnson at liverpool. whether that will or even can happen who knows....i just think he'd be a great 'sniffer' up along crouch. also we know he can do it in the prem... ??? but....

we are getting to the stage of bare bones again, in the striker dept. i feel we DO need one in case there are any more injuries.

morientes?
cisse?
crouch (matter of time before needing a rest)
pongolle ( yet to set any real fires)

anyone else think....'yes'  :D
